Jialu Li is a researcher at the Advanced Light Source (ALS), Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), specializing in synchrotron-based soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy (sXAS) and resonant inelastic X-ray scattering (RIXS) techniques.
